
Alia bhatt, the newest bollywood girl has became popular because of her family background and her cute face and young age,but one thing is not known to everybody. She had to lose weight before entering into the Films.She knew the importance of flat belly in Film industry and lost some weight.
Alia is not a gym freak but she do
visit gym 3-4 days in a week. In gym she usually do cardio exercises and
lift light weights. Her trainer design a workout routine for her which
is based on weight loss exercises. She is very dedicated towards her
exercises and perform each and every exercise perfectly.

Tuesday: off
Wednesday: Cardio and Core
Thursday: off
Friday: Cardio and Lower Body.
